Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Zenith Primary Care is accepting new adult patients in Marlborough. We provide preventive care, annual physicals and ongoing care for chronic conditions. Learn how to establish care, book a primary-care visit or call 617-500-7922. Appointment availability depends on the provider. Confirm your specific insurance plan before your visit.

Yes. Walk-ins are welcome during clinic hours: Monday–Friday 8AM–7PM and Saturday–Sunday 8AM–4PM. You may also check in for urgent care online. Check-in can help with registration; waiting times vary and immediate care is not guaranteed.

Some rapid tests may provide same-day results when available and clinically appropriate. Tests sent to an outside laboratory take longer. The care team will explain which tests are appropriate, whether they are available and when to expect results. Call 617-500-7933 to confirm current testing availability.

Urgent care may be helpful if an injury or illness is less in severity, but a same-day appointment is needed. Especially if there is no same day visit available with your Primary Care Doctor. Some symptoms that may prompt a same-day visit to urgent care include:

  • Wheezing or mild shortness of breath
  • Sprains or strains
  • Minor burns without blisters
  • Small cuts or wounds that may need stitches
  • Fever
  • Flu symptoms, sore throat, or ear pain
  • Eye discharge
  • Vomiting and diarrhea
  • Painful urination
  • Animal or insect bite
  • Minor allergic reactions

Urgent care wait times are shorter than ER wait times. Copays at urgent care clinics are also lower than what you would be charged in an Emergency Room. We are open seven (7) days a week. We take both online appointments or you can simply walk-in!

However, if it's a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 so first responders can provide care right away. Emergency departments are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

If you have an illness like a fever, cough, sore throat, or if you've sustained an injury requiring immediate attention, it's best to visit urgent care. Consult a primary care provider to assess your overall health, discuss preventive screenings tailored to your family history and age, and manage chronic conditions.

Additionally, feel free to schedule appointments for new health concerns or follow-ups for long-term or chronic conditions when  necessary. We would be able to assist you to determine if you need a Primary Care follow-up or an Urgent Care visit. Please call us at 617-500-7933.
